ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are looking for a Warehouse Process Specialist who will be responsible to organize and control warehousing operations, including put away, storage, picking and shipments according to internal productivity and performance target. As Warehouse Process Specialist you will measure and analyze warehousing performance (cost and service), implement corrective actions collaborating with special project team and each process owner (on the operational level). Moreover, you will manage small projects to design and optimizing warehousing processes. These will be your major responsibilities: • to measure and analyze warehouse performance in order to match cost and service standard • to introduce and implement corrective actions on short terms business goals • to supervise overall priorities and form action plans to implement & monitor for results. • to partecipate to the operational process design and deploy of continuos improvement activities • to ensure safety and ergonomics conditions in warehouse and material handling activities PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Each and every one of us lives, breathes and shapes the success of the company. You know you a good candidate for this opportunity if: You do not see problems, you just see solutions You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously You got a Degree in Logistics, Management, Engineering You have at least 2/3 years of experience in warehousing, continuous improvement or similar roles You have strong problem solving and analytical skills You have solid experience with Microsoft Office software packages, especially Excel, SAP a plus You have good experience in Lean Manufacturing and Project Management You have good interpersonal and communication skils with demonstrated ability to manage a continuous improvement approach You are fluent in Italian and English You are able to interact and involve/engage others in a collaborative environment Willingness to relocate to Belluno WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
