JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Web Analyst in support of analytics integration activities we manage for the main digital businesses in Luxottica, from Apps used in store to websites . AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: To collect analytics requirements from Business team and to convert them into technical requirements for IT. The activity is strictly based on IT project and process workflow , where we have deadlines to deliver requirements or validation. To process technical checks of tracking implementation for debugging or data QA activities. Tobe responsible for the analytics implementation status on assigned apps/websites , with refer to main technical documentation defined by our Analytics team. To guide Business and Analytics team in getting the right data from analytics tool, and to provide them with basic dashboards . NETWORK OF INTERACTION: INTERNAL: allthe other Analytics team members, IT Service Managers, IT Engagement Managers, Business Roadmap Manager, Portfolio Manager, Product Manager. EXTERNAL: IT Developers TECHNICAL SKILLS – PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Must have: At least 2 years of experience in Analytics tools integration or Tag managers Understanding the mechanism of tracking / tagging . Technical aptitude. Strategic thinking and oriented to business needs. Preferred Skills: Good knowledge of our analytics tool Adobe Analytics (Sitecatalyst / Omniture), Tealium or other tag manager (Google, GTM, Adobe Launch, …) Experience with analytics integration for APPS Experience with E-Commerce Business and in knowledge of main KPIs and traffic drivers. Experience Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) ticketing systems Educational background in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing. J-18808-Ljbffr
