This position is a fixed-term 1 year contract. Our vision for Amazon Fresh is to establish Amazon as the first-choice grocery store for our customers worldwide. We are looking for an aspiring marketer to help us drive lifecycle marketing and promotions across our International business (Europe, Japan, Singapore). Candidates can be based in Spain (Madrid), Germany (Munich), UK (London), Italy (Milan) or France (Paris). This role sits within centralized International marketing team distributed across the EU and supporting Amazon Fresh online business, as well as third-party stores, such as Morrisons (UK), PAM (IT), etc. As marketing manager, you will work closely with colleagues from local marketing teams all over Europe and Asia and actively collaborate with colleagues from the central team. An ideal candidate: Is a developing marketer who demonstrates strength in Earns Trust, Insists on Highest Standards and Deep Dive. Justifies recommendations with customer data and keeps an eye on long-term impact. Manages ambiguity by testing hypotheses and seeks to scale learnings beyond their team. Is comfortable working remotely with broad set of stakeholders and with international teams. Prefers to work smart vs. working hard. Gets the most out of tools and leans into efficient processes. Works with urgency, knowing that speed helps us learn more, faster. Is a self-starter, but you seek to build off of and learn from the work of others. Key job responsibilities Coordinate customer lifecycle and promotional activities across International locales Analyze performance of marketing activities Identify and share best practices between local teams, help them with implementation Drive projects related to automatisation and simplification of routine activities BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or advertising Excellent communications and presentation skills Strong analytical skills: comfortable with extracting and handling business and performance data to inform recommendations. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Good knowledge of Excel Fluent written and verbal communication in English PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Advanced degree in business, marketing or advertising. High attention to details and excellent organizational skills Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders Experience with lifecycle marketing. Hands-on experience with analytics tools: Tableau, Quicksight is an advantage Knowledge of SQL / Python is an advantage Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
