Travel Expenses Specialist Working within our Travel and Events team, the role of Travel Expenses Specialist is responsible for managing and controlling the expenses incurred by employees during business trips and other work-related activities. The responsibilities of the Travel Expenses Specialist will include verification of receipts, processing reimbursements, monitoring corporate spending limits, preparing financial reports related to expenses incurred and accounting entry of expense reports. Requiremen ts: -> Accuracy and attention to detail -> Good knowledge of Excel -> Internal customer orientation and good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and managers to clarify expenses and obtain necessary information -> Registration on the list of “Categorie Protette” The following would be considered a plus: -> Familiarity with tax rules regarding business expenses to ensure compliance with laws and regulations -> Degree in accounting or a similar field -> Good knowledge of AS400 -> Familiarity with expense reports tools (e.g. Ztravel, Sap Concur, Factorial, Smartex) What we offer :
