TEMPORARY CONTRACT Key Activities & Responsibilities Provides administrative support and assistance to the Group Head of Marketing and Brand Houses Managing Director and function members by: preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents filing and retrieving documents and reference materials, conducting research, assembling and analyzing data to prepare reports and documents managing travel arrangements and filing expenses notes for the team arranging and coordinating meetings and events Maintaining calendar; Managing company correspondence; monitoring, respond to and distributing incoming communications, answering and managing incoming calls Checks external consultants’ expenses and hours invoiced to the company before approving invoices Keeps track of incoming invoices, interacting with external suppliers and internal accounting department regarding invoices, manages the formal approval of invoices and tracks invoices status through the online system Lucy Key Relationships Internal: Group Head of Marketing and Brand Houses Managing Director and related teams External: Service providers Summary of Experience usually at least 3 years experience providing support at the executive level proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures Education / Professional Qualifications Bachelor or Master Degree English language knowledge Skills: organizational and planning skills confidentiality attention to detail and accuracy flexibility Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: At Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
