You will work directly with the CEO and senior management to identify new business opportunities, build and develop relationships with key stakeholders (publishers, developers, IP holders) to ensure successful execution of business development plans. Role and Responsibilities Develop and execute plans to expand the company’s customer base and increase revenue growth Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, business partners, and industry stakeholders Identify and analyze new business opportunities and potential target markets Lead negotiations of contracts and agreements with clients and key business partners Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform the company’s strategy Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development in the video game industry Proven experience in negotiating and closing complex deals with high-value clients and partners Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems This position requires a dynamic and experienced leader who can bring a track record of success in developing and executing plans for business development.
