If you want to know more about us, give a look here: Join us as a CRM Manager B2C What you will be doing As part of the Central Marketing team based in Milan, you’ll report to the Head of CRM and you’ll partner closely with Satispay’s Regional Marketing, Business Intelligence, Tech and Operations teams. Your role will be crucial as you will be responsible for designing and managing the operative strategy finalized to maximize the quality and the value of the interactions with our consumer base of over 3.5 Million users, as of today. You will be responsible for the following tasks: Define the operative strategy aimed at increasing the engagement and the value of our customer base through CRM activities, according to the Company’s goals; Design and develop user’s segmentation, customer journeys and channel orchestration, based on user’s behaviour analysis; Coordinate a small team to execute hands-on all CRM activities, one-off campaigns as well as always-on customer journeys; Ensure proper prioritization of CRM activities, applying a structured and data-based approach in accordance to the overall Company’s growth strategy; Partner up with the Product, Creative, Content and Brand team to always ensure consistency in our CRM communications and in the UX of our customers; Liaise with the Tech Department to ensure the CRM tech stack allows the full strategy execution; Constantly analyze and report to relevant stakeholders the CRM performance and results; Establish a close relationship with the Customer Service team, in order to always guarantee a great experience to our customers. You Have: 8 years of CRM experience and Consumer Insight; Experience in building complex customer journeys, utilising data to automate whenever possible. Braze / other Customer Engagement platform knowledge is considered a plus; Strong background in customer activation & retention strategies, Data-driven approach as a must; Excellent project management with an obsession for details and a genuine curiosity towards innovative solutions; Experience in direct people management. You Are: An excellent communicator and relationship builder; Strongly able to prioritise and structure processes; Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment, autonomously and within the team; A team player in any situation; Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus. Logistic & Salary The role is based in Milan. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Stock options plan available.
