Join us in our Customer Experience team and you will support the Customer Experience Analytics in developing tools/assets/KPIs for monitoring the quality of the service provided and generating relevant outcomes/insights on Consumer behaviors, meant, to influence the strategic decision-making process within the organization towards being always skewed to reflect real consumer ‘priorities’ in all business initiatives. Specific Responsibilities: • Supporting on analysis of all consumer data points within CRM system, investigating patterns/trends and generate advanced analytics insights within the Consumer Journey • Collaborate on Collecting stakeholders needs in terms of regular monitoring/reporting of Consumer KPIs • Supporting on Building Consumer KPIs monitoring dashboard • Closely supporting CJ Analytics team into the improvement predictive models • Proactive cooperation in the preparation of outcomes &, presentation on CJ Data Analytics Activities in international workshops/strategic meetings Who we’re looking for: Graduation in Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics or similar • Strong logical-analytical skills, for data management and for the collection of information • Good Knowledge query languages like SQL and one of the programming languages as R or Python • Basic knowledge of machine learning algorithm • Good knowledge of Office Package, in particular Excel and Power Point • Agility to work in complex/fluid environment with tight deadlines • Team player, positive attitude, attention to details • Good knowledge of English and Italian languages What’s ‘nice to have’: • Problem Solving and Consumer orientation • Quick learning capabilities and entrepreneurial spirit • Attitude to work in a complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines • Good Project Management Skills and Entrepreneurship • Knowledge of Data Analytics Tools (e.g. Power BI) What we offer: Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
