Dolce & Gabbana, leader nel mondo della moda di lusso, ha a disposizione un’eccezionale opportunità di carriera per un Digital Copywriter (bilingue italiano e inglese) con sede a Milano.

Main Activities and Responsibilities: 

  • Compose text for all online communication channels (websites, social media, newsletters, etc.), corporate and Beauty;
  • Prepare engaging messages for Dolce&Gabbana Social Media Channels;
  • Write texts for newsletters aimed at customers;
  • Competitor analysis to be constantly updated on the language used;
  • Performance analysis to evaluate possible improvements with the aim of maximizing results;
  • Optimise social media content (language, message, tone) on the behavior of Dolce&Gabbana target audience;
  • Liaise with internal teams in order to create text for advertising posts;
  • Be able to use different voices and styles, depending on content and touch-points (creating some high-level acquisition copy and clear calls-to-action for example), however ensuring a vibrant and engaging tone that guarantees the integrity of the Company values;
  • Revise copy based on the internal direction;
  • Research, fact-check and proofread when writing to ensure a high-quality output;
  • Understand the right target audience;
  • Be able to correctly identify key messages;
  • Work with creative teams to ensure that the visual elements of websites and social media channels are consistent with the written content;
  • Set strategic verbal direction into content structures or libraries, ensuring grammatical accuracy and guaranteeing reviews for message clarity and understandability related to the digital strategy;
  • Develop compelling copy for the web with the aim of maximizing opportunities for both conversion and rankings.

Key Requirements and Competencies: 

  • English mother tongue
  • Impeccable writing skills in English and Italian
  • Excellent grammar and proofreading skills with scrupulous attention to accuracy
  • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism or relevant fields
  • Minimum 4-5 years of professional copywriting experience with a solid portfolio of work
  • Prior experience as a Social Media Copywriter
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
