DT IT Workplace Service Manager

Reporting to the Regional Infrastructure Managed Services Manager, the workplace service manager provides the link among Company projects and programs, internal customers, IT resources and solution and external subcontractors running Telecom and Workplace Managed Services and Solutions. The Workplace Service Manager is responsible to ensure our ST colleagues are being effectively supported and to be able to work anywhere. The Workplace Service Manager is ensuring also that ST third parties agreed targets (SLO/SLA) and conditions are met over the site(s) under responsibility on behalf of Infrastructure & Service Management organization. The workplace service manager, with a strong focus on customer is also responsible for, PC and printers fleet management, Service Improvement initiatives, vendor performance management. This position will be based in Arzano Profile Required skills: -Technical skills and knowledge of infrastructure, telecom and workplace services and solutions, office automation tools, smart mobile devices and unified communication tools. -Ability to achieve and to maintain contractual KPIs at targeted level (SLA, other KPIs) -Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines -Professional behavior, results oriented, problem solving, end users oriented. keen to take responsibilities, open minded. -Good attitude in dealing with issues and requests from top managers. -Project management.
