Descrizione Manpower, in collaboration with Majorel, is seeking fluent German-speaking Customer Service professionals to join our team in Milan on November 6th. This is an exciting opportunity with an indefinite-term temporary contract to work for the L’Oréal Group. Key Responsibilities: – Professionally, accurately, and promptly respond to customer inquiries. – Process and manage customer orders and requests. – Maintain customer management records in the dedicated system. – Provide information and advice on L’Oréal products to customers through phone calls, chat, email, and social media. What We Offer: – Part-time or full-time contract based on your availability. – Work 5 days a week, Monday to Saturday, with shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Location: Milan Contract Type: Staff Leasing (Permanent contract) Starting Date: November 6th, 2023 Requirements: – Fluent in German (at least C1 level). – Intermediate knowledge of English. – Degree or diploma, preferably in a linguistic field. – Advanced computer skills, including internet and email. – Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
