All our garments can be customized in a few simple clicks, for an immediate and fast tailor-made experience. Who are we looking for? As a Head of Retail for a global menswear brand, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the operations of stores worldwide while leading the expansion efforts to establish the brand in new markets. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining a consistent brand image across all locations. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the retail industry. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find the ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. What will be your responsabilities? Develop and implement operational strategies and standards for all stores to ensure consistent customer experience, visual merchandising, and brand presentation. Work with store managers to establish and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and operational goals. Monitor store performance, analyze sales reports, and take corrective actions to drive revenue growth and profitability. Identify and evaluate potential new markets for expansion based on market research, customer demographics, and competitive analysis. Develop comprehensive expansion plans, including store opening schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of store managers and retail staff. Maintain brand consistency in visual merchandising, product assortment, and customer experience. Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on product assortment, pricing, and overall brand direction. Develop and manage annual budgets for each store, ensuring profitability and cost control measures are in place. Establish and maintain a dedicated Customer Care Team to ensure exceptional customer service across all stores. What do we expect from you? Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field (MBA preferred). At least 5 years in a role with similar responsibilities proven strong knowledge and understanding of the retail premium Fashion industry. Strong understanding of the menswear market, fashion trends, and customer preferences. Agile mindset and entrepreneurial spirit Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
