Lungarno Collection is pleased to share the opportunity for a talented Human Resources Trainee to be part of the corporate office team in Florence starting from May. Our research is aimed at students with the innate ability to be impeccable “hosts”. The brand Lungarno Collection was launched in 1995 as a hotel management company owned by the Ferragamo family. Trainee performs an internship for a period of six months; the experience is focused on increasing levels of responsibility in order to fully understand the department activities. The HR Trainee will be included in following activities: • selecting and hiring of employees and trainees, including job posting and contact with schools • welcoming new employees/trainees including paperwork and tour through the hotels • administrative tasks with regards to new- and leaving employees, to updating and completing personal files, to training and development of employees • organizing the staff events • assisting with daily tasks of the HR department Skills required: • Hospitality or Human Resources education • Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships with staff members • A proactive, enthusiastic work attitude and has an eye for detail • Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language • Training or working experience in hotel will be considered an additional asset • Computer literacy to include Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, etc. We also require enthusiasm, desire to grow professionally, predisposition to training, elegance not only exterior Modality: · 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday · Headquarters: Borgo S.S.
