Location: Home office in Milan/Rome Your Challenges Boost clients’ capital projects engineering and construction performance to meet energy transition and sustainability challenges. Utilize digital, AI-enabled engineering, connected construction, and intelligent project control capabilities to ensure optimal project performance, timely delivery, and cost-effective implementation with less carbon emissions. Help clients achieve their sustainability goals throughout the project lifecycle and enhance asset lifecycle value. Your Responsibilities Originate, position, and deliver IX Capital Project services for both EPC contractors and Owner/Operators across different industries, such as energy, utilities, chemical and natural resources, industrial equipment, civil and transport infrastructure, telecoms, and media. Contribute to the development of IX Capital Project services, with sustainability and circularity as the driving factors, and focus on value-based frameworks and contractual schema development. Build relationships with clients’ C-level from both business and IT departments, internal and external, and translate clients’ business vision into long-term services opportunities. Manage the lifecycle of project services in coordination with other internal and external stakeholders. Engage with ecosystem partners and support the definition of solutions and collaboration models. Run joint go-to-market campaigns with and for our clients. Contribute to shaping and optimizing service offerings, interacting with global practices and local market unit functions. Contribute to thought leadership content development, papers, marketing materials, and events.
