Let’s move for a better world Information Technology & Digital Transformation Vivaio As an IT & Digital Transformation Talent , you will participate in a 5-weeks academy in advanced SAP or advanced Salesforce which will certify your skills. After completing the training, the best performers will be selected to join Technogym and innovate our IT processes by taking part into global projects. You will have the opportunity to: Participate in a cutting edge 5-weeks training focused on the most fresh and foremost versions of SAP or Salesforce Work with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about digital transformation and innovation, all around the globe Be trained on the most innovative technologies on the market (SAP S/4HANA Cloud or Salesforce Ecosystem) Rapidly grow your career path within an international environment marked by the most innovative business topics. There will be two different phases which will guide you through the selection process: To be admitted into the training – a three step screening recruitment (phone interview, online assessment, final virtual interview) To join the Technogym team -at the end of the 5 weeks training, you will be able to present your project in front of a committee. We will select you if your project demonstrates that you master the knowledge acquired during the training Key Responsibilities: Learn about our organization’s digital transformation strategy and vision. Collaborate with the IT team to develop innovative solutions for business challenges. Participate in process evolution and transformation projects. Assist in the development and implementation of digital solutions. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices. Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Complete other tasks as assigned by the IT Manager. Qualifications: MD in Management Engineering, Information Technology, Software development or similar. C1 level in English. Passion for sports and fitness. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Familiarity with SAP or Salesforce is a plus.
