Joining Product & Operations IT
Within IT, the IT Product and Operations team is an experienced, forward-thinking & expert team composed of multiple sub streams. The main purpose of the team is to lead the digital strategy and transformation of Operations and Products functions through effective business partnering and conceptualizing, delivering and supporting pioneering and secure IT technologies across the end-to-end value chain.

When you join this team, you will work closely with the IT Product and Operations leadership team and critical business collaborators as a trusted technology partner to embed continuous innovation, work at speed and scale, develop your career in numerous directions in line with your aspirations and in a truly international and diverse context.

Your ‘day to day’
As a Solution Delivery Lead, you will need to ensure the successful end to end implementation of the IT solutions, applications and capabilities in adherence with the Manufacturing and Engineering program portfolio. This will require the mobilization and coordination of various cross-functional agile teams, from development teams, configuration teams to release teams. You will make sure that all teams involved in technical design, development, testing and release management, are delivering what the internal team members expect until the features are successfully live.

Your role is not only to coordinate and plan, but also to understand in detail what is being asked, what is being built and how, all the dependencies between products, as well as make sure that all teams will deliver all agreed functional and non-functional requirements, on schedule, cost and quality.

You are relentless in your pursuit of excellence, even when that means challenging the status-quo. You are the champion of delivering solutions that meet the needs of the business design team and are loved by your users and customers. You’ll be acutely aware that transformation requires a ‘roll up the sleeves’ mentally.

Main responsibilities on a day-to-day basis include:
• Work closely with the product owners in an agile development process with user experience designers, and software engineers to make strategic and tactical decisions about product functionality, balancing appropriate tradeoffs between business goals, user goals, scalability/maintainability, time-to-market, and process efficiency
• Ensure the resources coordination to implement the product feature backlog according to given prioritizations
• Partner with external vendors and internal developers to coordinate their contribution to the delivery of platform, products and services
• Support the Platform and Products Delivery manager in budget and cost management
• Serve as primary contact reference to the digital products for technical assessment, enhancements opportunities, blocking issues, etc.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s – ideally in an IT related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in IT Project Delivery or Product Management
• 5+ experience leading global IT delivery teams across dispersed locations
• 5+ years of experience in an industrial segment such as engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, transportation, or logistics
• Knowledge of Software Development processes such as Agile, Scrum, etc.
• Experience with IOT/IIOT Platforms such as Azure IOT, AWS, etc. will be a plus
• Professional scrum certification (Product owner, Scale, Agile Leadership) a plus
• Clear written and verbal communications skills; Attention to detail, self-motivated, creative, and flexible; excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Teammate with proven ability to lead through influence
• Proven track record in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively
