Junior Partnership Manager

The junior partnership manager will manage the day-to-day relationship and will be the first point of contact for assigned partners and will ensure delivery of contractual rights. Moreover, the junior partnership manager will create innovative activation ideas for partners and ensure maximum ROI (Return on Investment) and ROO (Return on Objective) from their investment. Responsibilities Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with: Partners Relationship Establish trustworthy and strong relationship with the partner Work closely with key personal of the partner company to understand their objectives Implement regular communication channels with the partner Manage / Host guests on track and at partner activations (e.g Factory Tours, Off Track Events etc) Create and exchange a clear overview of contractual rights Monitor and track the usage of contractual rights Advise partner on how to utilise contractual assets most effectively Creativity Pitch innovative activation ideas to the partner Support the partner in their marketing strategy Investigate new ways to drive value to existing relationships and improve the service we provide Implementation Create regular reports for the sponsors to showcase partnership process and communicate media values Experience Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: – Minimal experience gained in sport industry or alternatively in tourism, hotels or communication agencies; experience in motorsport will be beneficial – Team Player attitude – Pro-active working approach – Exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate comfortably at senior level and in front of a group of people – A highly motivated, ambitious individual – Strong understanding of sports sponsorship, brand marketing and client management (F1 experience beneficial) – Ability to manage multiple tasks and plan efficiently – Initiative and Innovation, a mindset to always exceed expectations – Ability to work within a team, external suppliers, and colleagues and to understand the cultural nuances of working with an international team – Willingness to travel to race- and partner events Master’s or Bachelor degree in Marketing and Communication Fluent in English and at least one other language, preferably German Travel 0-10%
