Are you an energetic, positive and strong communicator? Are you ready to challenge your negotiations skills with Safilo key customers? If yes, We are looking for a Key Account & Boutiques Coordinator to be part of Country Italy, who will be a crucial contributor in our business development. The successful candidate will be based in the Safilo HQ office in Padova. Key Accountabilities: Boutiques Channel Set sales plans and budget objectives, according to detailed and structured Joint Business Plans (where possible/shared), for net sales and profitability for each Brand (ie. Net sales by quantity and value per collection) and interact constantly with Fashion Houses to track achievement of sales and profit targets; Boutiques team activities support and supervision to ensure a smooth and effective order taking/planning process with the Fashion Houses; Scouting and implementing new opportunities within the Channel, including possible activation of new Fashion Specialists or other Licenses sales locations; Periodical business updates with Fashion Houses, setting objectives and deepdiving business development opportunities; Weekly and monthly internal reviews, performance analysis and forecasting. Supervision of the team’s supply forecasting through contracts or DRP; Sell out data analysis (where available) and push on replenishment to increase sales opportunities and ensure proper assortment in store; Coordinate with Brand Teams to manage and comply with contractual duties, possible amendments and other reviews. Italy Key Accounts Set sales plans and budget objectives for Buying Group (Vision Group), retail business and centralized customers according to detailed and structured Joint Business Plans, for net sales and profitability for each Brand/Collection and Key Account (ie. Net sales by quantity and value per collection and sun/frame mix, displays areas, profitability). Interact constantly with customers to track achievement of sales and profit targets; Organize and manage sales activities for key Accounts as per annual budget, and in accordance with the trade policy guidelines; Guarantee – in collaboration with the Channel Trade Marketing Manager – the correct implementation of the brands image within point of sales and work closely with TM Department to enable a detailed Plan to sustain sell-out and sell-in implementing proper Marketing Plans; Develop and maintain excellent relationships with management of Key Accounts in order to deeply understand customer needs and business opportunities; Oversee periodical audits at the points of sales of the assigned Accounts in order to ensure ongoing commercial agreements are complied with, and subsequently report any corrective measures necessary for the resolution of any identified shortcomings; Collect, analyze and share with the Channel Leader information about market performances, new trends and needs for different accounts, competitor activities. Analyze potential business opportunities and develop more integrated approaches in line with Company Digital Transformation safilo.it
