Lifestyle Design is now a federation of 10 Brands, Poltrona Frau, Cassina, Cappellini, Ceccotti Collezioni, Karakter, Luminaire, Janus et Cie, Luxury Living Group, Interni, Zanotta with 1.900 employee worldwide. We operate in over 75 countries, with 80 Showrooms. Responsibilities The Ecommerce Data Analyst will be responsible for building and driving the ecommerce analytics discipline for the group. You will lead key projects to bring and enhance visibility into key metrics and drive action based on the resulting insights. You’ll partner across business, marketing, and technical teams to advance DTC eCommerce, a strategic growth initiative. He/she will support all brands of the group’s digital applications by providing on-going reporting and analysis leveraging all web and app metrics and error analysis data to provide transparency and optimize our digital platforms. Main activities Translate data into critical insights to unlock growth across eCommerce, Acquisition and Retention Be a champion of data throughout the organization with the creation of standardized metrics, intuitive dashboards, and compelling business insights Help build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer and creator experiences through content discovery, as well as breakthrough technology and concepts designed to deliver on new go to market strategies Understand funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends in the adoption of our products for both creators & consumers to identity (and influence) opportunities for step-changes Apply common statistical methods, data modeling, and predictive analysis to answer strategic questions for the business Understand customers’ needs, mindsets, and behaviors through archetypes and “jobs to be done.” Align these models with quantitative data to deliver tangible business value Tools & Technical Knowledge E-commerce Analytics: Google Analytics, Google tag Manager, Shopify Analytics, Adobe Analytics Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in data analysis and statistical model such as Python or R Ability to represent data in a graphical or pictorial format using tools such as Tableau, Power BI (Microsoft), QlikSense, Google Data Studio, etc. Knowledge of database querying and management, SQL for database querying and familiarity with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle A base understanding of machine learning tools and libraries such as: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras Proficiency in using spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google sheets for data manipulation and analysis A base knowledge of Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus Google Analytics Certifications highly preferred Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business or related field 3-6 years of experience in Ecommerce and Digital Analytics, with a proven track record of delivering value through data driven decisions Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Innately curious and have a strong desire to discover impactful insights from data to drive the business Knowledge of Italian language and culture highly preferred J-18808-Ljbffr
