Pirelli is seeking a highly-motivated, skilled individual, who is passionate about motorcycling, marketing and communication. This role suits a graduate with working experience of least 5 years in similar role. The specialist will work within the Central Marketing Department of the Business Unit Moto in a multicultural environment developing relationship management skills and will report to the Global Brand Manager of the Motorcycle Business of Pirelli. Responsibilities •Propose initiatives to support the brand in all touchpoints of the consumer journey •Cooperate with colleagues and agencies to define and follow advertising campaigns and media plans •Events, fairs and sponsorship organization, management and physical presence •Consumer activities coordination of the national sales companies •Ability to define and manage a marketing plan Requirements •Passionate about motorcycling •Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Italian and English. The knowledge of a second language is a relevant bonus •Competent about digital advertising •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office •Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, proactive, extremely hard-working, self-motivated and eager to learn •Comfortable working both individually as well as part of a team •Previous experience in the Motorcycle industry is preferred, but not essential •Flexibility and accuracy complete the profile Seniority 5-7 years Qualification The ideal candidate is a young graduate on his thirties with Master’s Degree in Marketing or similar.
