By joining our Customer and operations team, you will be part of the biggest revolution underway, rethinking the customer operating models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with companies at the forefront of innovation and you will assist our clients throughout their digital transformation process. We are recruiting a Digital transformation – supply chain & operations manager for our Bologna office. You will join our rapidly-expanding team of young talents, which stands out for the quality and scope of its innovative projects. You will be involved in key disruption projects for large Italian and international clients. Specifically, you will be tasked with: managing consulting projects in the Operations & supply chain field, particularly smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0, energy management, maintenance optimisation and asset management, production planning, forecasting and predicting and quality improvements. helping develop the service offering (e.g., AI use cases applied to operations) proactively and continuously; assessing the expected impacts and benefits of the initiatives identified using business cases and monitoring pre- and post-transformation performance; leading talks with the client to organise and hold workshops to identify requirements and deliver support and assessments on current and future projects; helping to ensure proper project execution in terms of staying on schedule and within budget and the quality of the output; creating a collaborative climate with the client and members of the team. The ideal candidate must have: a master’s degree in engineering management or business management (or similar); over six years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a consulting company and/or a multinational; excellent leadership abilities and solid communication and negotiation skills with clients; passion and a strong desire to transform and impact our clients’ experience; organisational and teamwork skills and the ability to manage priorities, budgets and staffing requirements; an excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad; an excellent command of Microsoft Office.
