Cosa farai:

Paid Media Specialist for Italy and Germany is responsible for Paid Media (PPC, Programmatic, Paid Social and Social) across IT and DE markets.

Working with the Digital Marketing and Search Manager to execute the WE strategy. Working with our agency partner to ensure best in class execution across channels, with a focus based on customer acquisition, retention and integrating audience strategies into our ways of working. Ensuring the highest ROI possible for the digital marketing budget.

Responsabilità chiave:

Strategy Execution

• Work with Paid Media and Search Manager WE to execute the defined Paid Media strategy across core WE markets
• Define the deliverables within the strategy to ensure timely execution of key strategy points
• Work with agency partner to ensure that strategy is executed effectively across markets
• Define strategy nuances across markets based on market trends
• Ownership of market performance vs. budget and key KPIs
• Oversee execution of all elements of the Paid Media plan

Digital Media

• Effectively manage the digital media budget to deliver against business KPIs, constantly striving to improve ROI
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure all creative for digital marketing activity is on brand and to brief
• Nurture good working relationship with Digital Media agency
• Work collaboratively across the wider digital team and commercial marketing developing strong and effective working relationships
• Communicate paid digital media plans and results with internal stakeholders where required
• Work with internal trading teams to ensure all performance is aligned to business outcomes, ensuring 360 feedback on product performance, trend insight and opportunities to drive business performance.

Reporting and Data

• Monitoring and reporting on Paid Media performance for all markets
• Weekly and Monthly reporting for all Paid Media channels
• Insight driven reporting, understanding the ‘what’ and the ‘why’ of Paid Media channels
• Broad understanding and articulation of attribution methods across Paid Media channels and their impacts
• Work cross functionally with E-Commerce, Creative, Legal, Finance and B2B team
• Working with Agency partners across Paid Media
• Working with local market teams
• Sharing knowledge and market experience with Paid Media Lead UK & ES

Work Experience

• Experience of working to tight deadlines/schedules with cross-functional departments.
• Evidence of an analytical background
• Excellent grasp of English, both written and oral
• Experience in busy office environment

Education

• Degree experience or equivalent experience in similar role
• Understanding audiences and targeting opportunities
• Understanding of all paid media channels and position and value within the marketing funnel
• Proficient in Google Analytics or similar
• Advanced excel experience
