ExpHire is looking for a bright Product partnerships manager for one of its clients with a job location in the province of Padua, Verona, Vicenza, Venice, Rovigo, Ferrara. If you are an experienced product partnership manager/business development manager/physical product owner together with this startup and its team you will be able to achieve out of the ordinary goals. Our client is a startup based in the province of Padua that is changing the way we feed our four-legged friends in a healthy, sustainable and nutritious way and targeting not only end consumers (D2C), but also B2B customers (breeders, veterinarians, influencers, groomers and dog educators) and entering the GDO/GDS space. This startup pays a salary of up to €40K/year gross salary for this role (plus bonus) and in return requires business acumen, problem solving, proactivity, charisma, collaborative spirit, and passion for animals. Responsibilities The Product Partnerships Manager reports directly to the CEO and is expected to perform the following activities: – Identify new potential product partners in the Pet industry to extend our offer outside the core food industry by white labeling adjacent products (eg. treats, dog games, dog beauty products, pet safety, etc.) – Build business cases for each potential partner and eventually sign commercial partnerships to accelerate growth working on both inbound and outbound opportunities – Define together with the top management a growth strategy and execution plan – Set up the projects to deliver the signed product partnerships and organize/coordinate all the activities needed to go from strategy to execution – Provide to the CEO a weekly update on the results achieved (both on new partnership development and execution/results of the existing ones) – Conduct directly the commercial pitch with a consultative win-win approach – Standing for dealing with different key senior stakeholders (including CEOs, Brand/marketing directors, Product directors) – Collaborate with marketing, product, legal and finance departments, providing feedback and insights – Restocking of products and supply chain management in order to make sure that the partnerships are executed properly and achieve their full potential – Ownership of special initiatives project management and execution (eg. Xmas box) Qualifications The ideal candidate has the following experience and characteristics: At least 4-5 Years of total work experience with at least 2 years in a PM/PO or product partnership role Bachelor’s degree preferably in technical/economic disciplines Living in the provinces of Padua, Verona, Vicenza, Venice, Rovigo, Ferrara You are willing to work both on partnership development and on the project execution that follows the deal signing (owner of the project end to end, including data analysis, restocking and supply chain management, stakeholder management and commercial activities management, including promotional activities definition) You are a quick thinker able to come up with solutions and anticipate problems thanks to your business acumen and problem solving skills You are able to extract meaningful insights to improve the business (good knowledge of Excel is a must).
