Role: Project Development Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior and a Junior Project Development Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive MW development to Ready-to-Build status.
- Manage co-development projects with external partners.
- Proactively solve partner developers' project issues.
- Provide up-to-date project development reporting.
- Obtain timely management approvals for project progression.
- Monitor project budgets and deadlines.
- Assist in due diligence for portfolio acquisition/partnership negotiation.
- Utilise expertise in permitting Solar and Wind projects for portfolio assessment.
- Maintain granular knowledge of permitting for dissemination within the RES team.
- Support cross-cutting topics impacting RES team expertise (e.g., BESS, AgriPV).
We're looking for someone who brings more than just skills to the table:
- Granular knowledge of Project development steps, including permitting, land contract, grid connection.
- Proactive in continuous improvement.
- Experience in utility-scale solar and wind projects development/acquisitions.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Proficient in project management tools and reporting.
- Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
