Main purpose of the role:

Reporting to the Retail HR Manager, the Retail HRBP acts as the field HR point of contact for all the HR related issues referred to the assigned store population.

Working closely with HR Center of Expertise and Sales department, actively participate in projecting, planning and implementing HR initiatives, in improve the HR  tool and services for the store population, facilitating company best practices and supports change management projects.

Actively ensures that people have, preserve and foster a truly PANDORA DNA.

Key accountabilities:

For the target population:

  • support the delivery of the Business plans and of the HR C&S Agenda
  • point of contact for field trade unions, labor law and HR compliance cases, disciplinary procedures, H&S, local public labor offices
  • support Talent Acquisition in identifying needs and opportunities in order to have the right plans and tools to satisfy recruitment needs depending on the work force planning. Support relevant effective implementation and is active in reaching and overcoming relevant KPI’s
  • support Talent in  identifying needs and opportunities in order to have the right plans and tools to satisfy talent needs depending on the year work force planning and talent pooling. Support relevant effective implementation and is active in reaching and overcoming relevant KPI’s support Talent in learning process and induction activities
  • support Talent in identifying and mapping high performers as well as employees with high potential to define development and succession plans coherently with the company needs
  • support Talent in identifying needs and opportunities related to learning and development area. Support relevant effective implementation and is active in reaching and overcoming relevant KPI’s
  • coach Sales People Manager
  • support People Tech & Data in People Portal correct implementation and in identifying needs and opportunities in order to have the right plans and tools to understand, analyze, manage people trends.  Support relevant effective implementation and is active in reaching and overcoming relevant KPI’s
  • support the entire People Performance Cycle. Support relevant effective implementation and is active in reaching and overcoming relevant KPI’s
  • support employee engagement involving store staff in company culture,  values, EVP and projects.  Support relevant effective implementation and is active in reaching and overcoming relevant KPI’s
  • support Payroll & Administration in managing overall issues related to contractual, policies and administrative activities
  • ensure all policies and procedures are being followed by the Store employees

Professional qualifications & technical skills:

  • Master degree in HR, Legal, Retail, Business Administration/Management or relevant equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of previous experience in the role within an international retail organization
  • Good knowledge of “CCNL Commercio”, labour laws and litigation
  • Good knowledge of Retail best practices and of HR Management best practices
  • Good knowledge of principles and practices related to personnel administration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Fluent in English & Italian

The availability to travel is mandatory for this field role.
