For the Italian unit of a prestigious global Company, leader in the IT Industry, the Digital & Technologies team is currently recruiting a Security Customer Engineer , specifically for the services. Your main responsibilities will be: • Tracking problems according to standards and referring to the next level of support as appropriate • Meeting defined response and quality goals, and properly setting and managing customer expectations using Clarify, Internet, and other internal resources to collect information to verify eligibility for support • Summarizing the key elements of the technical problem and determining if the issue falls within defined support boundaries, efficiently resolving and closing cases, and ensuring complete case documentation for all support issues • Visit customers to train them and share industry and development expertise What we are looking for in you: • Analytical skills • At least 10 years of experience in the same role • Strong communication skills and ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships • Experience on Windows Server 2012R2/2016/2019 • Experience on Active Directory • Experience operating system Client & Server configuration, hardening, security patch, and update • Experience on Windows Server 2019 PKI deployment, management, and support • Experience operating system configuration, security patch, and update levels What can we offer you: • A fixed term contract • Flexible workspace type (Rome based, but the presence is occasional) • Full time work schedule If you think this role will do for you, apply now We’re looking forward to meeting you Adecco
