Senior Sales Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to join our Imola team in PROTESA.

Main role responsabilities shall include

• Preparation of sales plans
• Preparation of sales budgets
• Preparation of documents for tenders, including qualification procedures in customer portals
• Preparation of proposals for EPC, O&M and Asset Management services, revamping, repowering, maintenance works and energy efficiency offers;
• Market analysis and scouting
• Negotiations with customers
• Contract terms review in cooperation with the legal department
• Trade fairs and conferences
• Coordination with Marketing
• External/Internal communication and documents for sales
• CRM management and reporting

Required Skills/Knowledge

• Experience in the role of minimum 3-5 years
• Empathy: good relationship management particularly with customers
• Good economic and financial knowledge
• Innovative and think out of the box attitude
• Work by objectives capacity
• Good negotiation skills
• Functional for reaching the objectives
• Deep knowledge of renewable energy market, stakeholders and dynamics
• Electrical Engineering basic knowledge
• Multitasking attitude and time Management
• IT: excellent knowledge of Office main apps, Acrobat suite, Photoshop or similar
• Fluent English proficiency
