Responsibilities Manage the software support on a large Cluster located in Bologna (CINECA) Analyze problems reported and fix issues. Provide a follow up on the issues and ensure proper troubleshooting. Open tickets in our ticketing system Research and analysis of incidents Provide solution to fix the problem. Provide work around if final fix not ready. Manage escalation to Global Support if needed. Required Skills and Experience Strong knowledge on HPC Software High Linux skill Good knowledge in Networking and interconnect (Ethernet, Infiniband …) Storage (GPFS, Luster) Cluster management software Demonstrate autonomy. Good relationship with customers Ability to synthesize situations. English needed.
