Testing R&D Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in this field and be knowledgeable about overall Test process steps (e.g EWS, Burn In, FT, SLT, etc). The Manager will be responsible for leading teams of engineers and technicians in the development of new solutions (equipment and methods) in the field of test and drive the relative deployment phase into the different plants of the company. Key Responsibilities: Develop new solutions for test of semiconductor devices and drive their deployment Lead inter-functional teams of engineers and technicians Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers Become an Expert, Super User and Trainer on the assigned project. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the new solutions for test meet the needs of the products they have been conceived for Manage the overall plans and the budget for the projects he is driving Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of testing processes Profile WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experienced in Project Management Constructive cooperation in global multicultural environment.
