YOUR ROLE AT KIKO

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s Trade Marketing & Merchandising Teamreporting to the Trade Marketing Manager.

Such talent will be able to ensure proper commercial strategy execution across all KIKO Milano countries, giving strong support in strategy definition, timing and execution processes.

In particular, you will:

  • Support the commercial strategy development by country in teamwork with all stakeholders involved (retail, brand analyst, online, local teams, CRM,..) focusing on promotions and commercial moments.
  • Analyze and deep dive promo performances on a weekly basis and at the end of each activity, in order to deliver several documents to Trade Marketing Manager.
  • Keep all stakeholders informed about commercial plan activations and potential changes including presentation of main promo deck.
  • Keep key trade marketing documents updated in order to guarantee team efficiency and other stakeholders knowledge.
  • Support the Trade Marketing Manager in pricing mapping and new pricing procedure development with the aim to improve pricing management across countries.
  • Work closely with Price Analyst in order to guarantee that promo and prices are correctly set in the system.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Degree or Master in Economy, Marketing or related fields.
  • Previous professional experience (at least 2 years) in a similar role in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package (in particular Excel and Powerpoint).
