We are looking for a VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER based in MILAN. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: VM STRATEGY: Align and adapt the VM guidelines of the brand according to the market needs and ensure the perfect state/maintenance of the stores’ visual displays through constant training and reports to be shared with the team, the regional office, and the VM director of the HEAD office. Implement appropriate and timely product rotation Possess knowledge of the sales of each store (slow-sellers, carry-over, etc.) Adapt visual displays according to the buying strategies while respecting the brand image Ensure the correct representation of seasonal launches Periodic refresh: Evaluate with the Retail Director based on the performance per square meter of the stores VM vs BUSINESS AND PLANNING: Create a communication flow through fixed scheduled meetings with the Retail team (buyers, retail director, event office, store planning) in order to align strategies and image in all stores PROFESSIONAL GROWTH OF COLLABORATORS: Encourage the autonomy of the team members by stimulating the process of organizational and creativity capacity. Empower the team by delegating and growing their skills WHOLESALE SUPPORT: Support wholesale partners to ensure that Brand identity is correctly represented OUTLETS SUPPORT: Support in terms of visual set-up and referred guidelines for each region’s outlets. REQUIREMENTS: At least 5/7 years of experience in similar roles within the Fashion/Luxury industry Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Strong aesthetic sense and familiarity with the luxury world Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders of various levels and functions Organizational skills, precision, autonomy, proactivity, flexibility, and creativity Speed and accuracy in execution Availability for frequent business trips.
