Un Creative Director (o direttore creativo) è responsabile del dipartimento creativo delle aziende pubblicitarie e di marketing. I loro compiti includono la pianificazione degli annunci pubblicitari dell’azienda, il monitoraggio delle campagne del marchio, la revisione delle presentazioni e la definizione degli standard del marchio. Indicato anche come direttore del design.
Coordina il team creativo di un’Agenzia di Pubblicità o di un’Azienda, team che può essere composto da Art Director, Copywriter, Social Media Manager. In qualità di direttore creativo, lavorerai a stretto contatto con il reparto di progettazione grafica e marketing per fornire contenuti accattivanti che soddisfino le aspettative dei nostri clienti. Dovresti essere estremamente creativo, dedicato e possedere eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale.

Responsabilità del Creative Director
- Collaborare con il team del marchio per produrre nuove idee per il marchio aziendale, campagne promozionali e comunicazioni di marketing.
- Valuta le tendenze, valuta nuovi dati e tieniti aggiornato con le ultime tecniche di marketing.
- Assistere i clienti nella risoluzione dei problemi rispondendo alle domande in modo tempestivo e professionale.
- Crea e implementa piani di marketing su misura in base alle esigenze dei singoli clienti.
- Riunioni di brainstorming diretto e sessioni creative.
- Modella gli standard del marchio e crea procedure per garantire che tutti i prodotti siano appropriati per il marchio.
- Supervisiona il flusso di lavoro quotidiano del dipartimento, assegna il carico di lavoro del progetto e monitora scadenze e budget.
- Sviluppa una copia eccezionale e ben realizzata che soddisfi le esigenze dei clienti.
Requisiti del Creative Director
- Laurea in arte, grafica, marketing, comunicazione, giornalismo e altri campi pertinenti.
- Un minimo di 5 anni di esperienza digitale, in particolare con, ma non solo, web, social e tecnologie emergenti.
- Una solida conoscenza del design, del copy e delle pratiche web.
- Ottime capacità interpersonali e comunicative.
- Avere una conoscenza approfondita dello sviluppo del marchio e dei modelli di marketing multicanale.
- Deve essere un pensatore creativo e strategico.
- Conoscenza dell’Inglese
- Conoscenza dei Software Adobe
