The Client Solutions Manager for Facebook’s Global Marketing Solutions team partners with our most strategic clients to make sure they are successful with Facebook. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, be a platform and product expert, serve as a trusted adviser in marketing and advertising strategies, and lead media planning and measurement for our diversified advertiser portfolio ranging from Fortune 500 corporate to unicorn start-up.
The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything they do. This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, advertiser education, and satisfaction in innovative ways, and leveraging data-driven insights for our customers. You should have a deep passion for Facebook and the overall marketing ecosystem.
Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, being comfortable working with large data sets to identify performance patterns and translate into solutions, working with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. Client Solutions Manager Responsibilities
  • Act as a Marketing Solutions Expert for international and global partners
  • In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
  • Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership
  • Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions
  • Build and manage relationships with both C-Suite and front-line stakeholders in clients and agencies (media, creative, FMP, etc.)
  • Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams
  • Media & Measurement Strategy and Implementation
  • Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators
  • Drives product innovation internally with XFN partners based upon market trend and emerging needs of clients
  • Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
  • Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
  • Project Management and oversee internal Operations
  • Ability to travel as needed
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years’ experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting firms and demonstrated leadership skills required
  • Ability to act as a consultant for international and global partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving partners to action
  • Effective and creative problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams with experience influencing c-level executives
  • Experience in managing complex projects and workstreams with minimal direction with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team
  • Experience with Excel, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering insights
  • Fluency in English and Italian (facebook.it)
