• Define Data Architectures (Big Data, Data Warehouse) – Marketing Automation
• Manage data analysis to define and implement statistical models
• Collect functional requirements and transform them into technical requirements for development teams
• Enable new technical capabilities (e.g. machine learning model) to achieve the set KPIs (e.g. churn rate)
• Create dashboards and reports for project monitoring and sharing with the customer
• Lead on/offshore teams, including international teams
