WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Collaborate with the CMO to build the medium and long-term brand strategy for Casavo, in alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
- Develop and manage the company’s brand strategy and balance brand elements to maximize the brand’s equity.
- Responsible for creative direction and content production.
- Ensure that all branding actions are aligned with the overall business objectives and that they are optimized and relevant to multiple audiences (sellers, buyers, brokers).
- Build solid brand awareness and maximize consumer acquisition through organic channels.
- Oversee brand marketing campaigns (online/offline channels) and support the offline multi-channel (TV, Radio, OOH, print) global media planning.
- Monitor and track brand activity results (brand awareness metrics and ad hoc campaign KPI’s).
- Responsible for internal and external communication.
- Manage internal and external relations with relevant stakeholders (ex. creative agencies, media companies, PR agencies etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field.
- Previous experience (5+ years) in corporate environment and/or start up with proven experience as brand marketing team lead. It’s a plus to have worked in tech driven and/or innovative organizations.
- A brand lover ready to change the way people, sell, live and buy homes in Europe.
- Exceptional team leader with a long-term vision approach.
- Creative mindset, able to create innovative and disruptive brand campaigns and at the same time ensure brand coherence.
- A senior-level professional with great organization skills and the ability to manage different projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Flexible and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
